The team at Wilson Contractors are experienced in working on high profile projects where the image and requirements of the client is paramount.
Our Management team carry a wide range of experience and practical know how, and can provide alternative methods and ideas when solving construction problems. No matter how thorough the design or site investigations, there are always some unforeseen problems encountered on-site. The management structure is highly flexible and our team will often take on additional roles and duties as required by the business.

Tony’s ability to think outside of the box and open approach has seen Wilson Contractors go from strength to strength. Tony is constantly developing innovative work methods that result in an enhanced performance. He has invested time to develop these ideas and construct the plant that is needed. Tony is a hands on Director who will always strive to complete every project to the highest standards of quality.

This route into his role has given him invaluable hands on knowledge, a practical approach and a personality that allows him to effectively communicate with and bring out the best in our entire staff.
Over the years he has worked for both central and local government in completing infrastructure projects. He has completed projects for commodity companies providing gas, oil, power and water. He has also worked for private developers undertaking a wide range of projects. The works above have included, but are not limited to, earthworks, drainage, utilities, roading, bridges, tunnels, foundations, land rehabilitation, culverts, industrial buildings and subdivisions.

Ceri has a broad knowledge of accounting and administrations processes and experience in managing staff across a variety of disciplines.

Michael is a skilled manager of onsite work crews, including subcontractors, and is very familiar at coordinating works across multiple sites. He understands how to set clear objectives and expectations around quality, and leads by example on all site safety matters. Michael is skilled in site and programme planning, and has the adaptability to deal with design changes and other variations.

Tony oversaw a number of projects in the Queenstown area, including the $1.9M Jacks Point Pump Station project and the Millbrook 3B development before moving to Cromwell to take up the position of Contracts Manager. Tony brings a wealth of knowledge to any project and his time as a project engineer has set him up well.
